For those individuals applying for Professional and Non-Professional Guardian programs with Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach County Circuit Courts, it is useful to know that guardianship procedures will require both credit and criminal investigations.  Such investigation can be conducted by getting fingerprints taken electronically at IDENTICO and submission of applicants’ biometric information to FDLE and FBI for state and National Criminal History Search by us.

The cost of electronic fingerprinting for both Non-Professional and Professional Guardianship Background Screening is only $54.25/ applicant. Please be advised that ORI# numbers for Non and Professional Guardianship fingerprint submissions are different. You would be required to bring two forms of state or federal photo ID, and if available the case number issued by courthouse. Payment is accepted via credit card or cash. Screening results are delivered electronically by FDLE & FBI to family division of the circuit court where your petition was filed.
