On-Site Physical Exams

IDENTICO is a leading provider for on-site occupational and general health physical examination services in South Florida. Our Nurse Practitioners and Physical Assistants will determine if an applicant is physically capable of meeting the essential functions of the job, while maintaining privacy and medical confidentiality whille examining at our mobile clinic unit. A well designed physical exam program results in fewer injuries, lower costs and a better match of employees to their jobs.

Following exam types are provided on-site:
- DOT Physical Exams
– Healthcare Employee Physicals
– Childcare Employees Physicals
– Safety Sensitive Industry Employees

Exams may include but not limited to following components:

-  Review of Medical history
-  Measurements of Vitals, blood pressure, height & weight
-  Vision test
-  Hearing test is included in DOT (DMV) Physical
-  Dipstick Urinalysis
-  Mobile Chest X-Ray TB Tests and interpretation by Board Approved Radiologist
-  Antibody Titer Screenings
-  Flu Shot Events
-  ECG Testing and Reading by Board Approved Cardiologist
-  Hearing Test by Licensed Audiologist
